AI meal plans

A week of personalized dinners in seconds — built around your pantry, your people, and your dietary rules.

🥗

Smart pantry

Track what's in the fridge. Plans reach for ingredients before they expire, so food stops dying in the crisper drawer.

🛒

One-tap grocery lists

Your plan becomes a shopping list, grouped by aisle, with an in-store mode that tracks progress as you go.

🛍️

Instacart ordering

Send the list straight to Instacart and skip the store entirely. Items match automatically.

⏱️

Cooking mode

Step-by-step guidance with built-in timers that fire even when your phone is locked. Wet hands welcome.

📲

Import any recipe

Paste a URL, snap a photo, or share from TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. The ingredients and steps extract themselves.

💬

Chat with recipes

Ask anything about a recipe — substitutions, scaling, technique. It remembers the conversation per recipe.

📷

Spice scanner

Point your camera at the spice rack and let AI identify the bottles. Review and confirm in seconds.

👨‍🍳

Prep assistant

Weekend batch cooking with an optimized schedule that groups tasks so you're not washing the same pot four times.

How a week gets handled

Four steps. One of them is eating.

1

Tell it what you have

Pantry items, allergies, dietary rules, kitchen gadgets. Scan spice bottles with the camera for quick entry.

2

Generate the plan

One tap. The AI builds a personalized week and prioritizes expiring ingredients so nothing goes to waste.

3

Shop & cook

Grocery list appears automatically — or goes to Instacart. Then cook step-by-step with timers, and chat with the AI if you get stuck.

4

Sit down and eat

Less time staring into the fridge, more time with the people you cooked for.

Your arsenal

It knows you own an air fryer.

Tell it once what's in your kitchen, and every recipe after that is written for your machines — the Instant Pot on chaos nights, the slow cooker when you plan ahead, and nothing that needs gear you don't have.

Those Air Fryer BBQ Pork Chops in the plan up top? That's the air fryer talking. Scan or pick your gadgets once — the AI does the matchmaking.

Taste & effort

Dinner has dials.

Set the heat and the ambition — the AI cooks to both.

MildMediumRegret 🔥

Four heat settings, from "the kids will actually eat it" all the way to Regret. Every plan respects the dial.

LightBusyNormal

Tell it Tuesdays are chaos. Busy nights get fast, simple recipes; calm days can get ambitious — set it per day of the week.

Set it. Forget it. Eat.

The plan shows up before the question does.

Autopilot weeks

Turn it on and a fresh plan is waiting every week when you open the app. The question just stops arriving.

Allergy-aware by design

Set allergies once and every AI path enforces them — generation, imports, scans. You still check labels; it does the remembering.

Cooks for your table

Set your household size once and every recipe scales itself — quantities, servings, and per-serving nutrition.

Built for your gear

Recipes lean on the gadgets you actually own — and skip the ones you don't.

Fair questions

Asked and answered.

How does the AI handle allergies?

When you set up allergies in your profile, our AI filters recipes to avoid those allergens and common hidden sources. However, always verify ingredient labels — manufacturing processes and formulations can change. The app is a planning tool, not a substitute for checking labels.

Can the AI make mistakes?

Yes. We add safeguards, but you should always verify labels, allergens, and cooking temperatures. AI-generated recipes are suggestions to help you plan — use your judgment when cooking.

Is my data private?

Your data syncs via your private iCloud account. We don't sell your information. We use minimal, privacy-focused analytics to improve the app — no ads, no data selling, no tracking you across apps.

What about food safety?

Recipes are suggestions. Always follow safe food handling practices: cook meats to safe internal temperatures, store food properly, and when in doubt, throw it out. Our expiration reminders help, but trust your senses too.

How does pricing work?

Almost everything is free: unlimited recipes, unlimited meal plans, unlimited pantry items, cooking mode, in-store shopping, Instacart export, autopilot, sharing, and collections. AI features (meal plan generation, recipe generation, scanning, chat) run on tokens. New users get 35 free tokens to start. Need more? Buy a pack: 50 tokens for $2.99, 200 for $9.99, or 600 for $24.99 (Best Value). No subscription required — pay only for what you use.

Does it work offline?

Your saved recipes, meal plans, and grocery lists are always available offline. AI features like generating new plans or chatting with recipes require an internet connection. Data syncs across devices via iCloud.
